Still/Incessant (book), retail: $3000 USD, please email ysmin.estate@gmail.com. $1000 of each sale will go towards supporting UCI’s Yong Soon Min Endowed Memorial Scholarship Fund until the $50,000 goal is reached. This scholarship fund will support graduate students and guest speakers engaging in work that shares themes with Yong Soon’s legacy (her work in Asian American community building, people’s democracy and liberation movements, Asian diasporas around the globe, effects of the Cold War in Asia, and issues of transnational feminism, to name a few). $50k ensures that a scholarship of $2000+ would be sustainable to be offered every year in perpetuity.
The remainder of the artist book sale will go to the Yong Soon Min Living Trust and will support the ongoing archiving and circulation of Yong Soon Min’s artwork, including planning for her upcoming retrospective in 2027/2028.
